I'm on DL38 and just found Hammerhand in a pit with Uriel (teleported away). None of the uniques to date have dropped anything, but I've found some decent stuff on the floor. Hitting 5 times with the HA is nice...but no poison resist at the moment, so going below DL40 doesn't look wise.
