I can't bear to part with it yet, so I'll keep it for now, but I think before I ever get to 29 STR, I'll have found something else.

I think I'm going to change the system that you only get -15 to the percentage hit chance (and no other penalties) for every missing STR point. I'll also make super heavy weapon prefixes rarer. These changes, together with weapon list rebalancing, should ease this problem.
