I'm generally going well now... except no SI. (sigh) It's going to be one of those abnormal games.

160 damage per round! That's getting halfway respectable. Although the damage increase is going to seriously slow down from here on out... I'll get +1 todam and +0.19 shots/round every 5 levels, but that's pennies. Next big damage breakthrough points are clvl 35 and 40 (barring an extra-early Sling artifact with Xmight and Xshots and a huge +todam).

Speed is probably OK, since pvalues are tightly scaled to depth. Should Isildur have 12% immunity? What percentages would you like to see? I'm tempted to make immunity only 20% as likely as it is now ...

There's definitely too many immunities at the moment; I agree that 1/5 current rate seems reasonable. One thing that's weird is that it always seems to be Cold and Elec for me. (3 of each so far.) Is that just small sampling size, or is there a bias in your 1000x rolls as well?
