Nargothrond is conventional; Angband is hardcore; Tol-In-Gaurhoth if you're a masochist. Nan Dungortheb (if you choose to go there at all) should wait until you have RPois and/or RConf and/or RBlind. Another option is to go into the forest north of Menegroth and look for gear - GE Rogue has fast movement through trees, and traps are great in forest.
