I'd go with the hat of ESP and leave the weapon of ESP and hat of seeing at home, losing rBlind to save a slot. You need to carry _telSelf for lack of rConf, so you are going to have an escape when blinded without costing an additional slot. Whether you are more likely to die due to blindness or to lack of ESP while fighting with your best weapon is debatable, so save the slot.
