The real trouble is those stupid master yeeks, for slowing me, and the stinking clouds that brought me so low. Oh, and the lack of stores to buy supplies at, but I can hardly blame them...

(now that I can actually post) Still in the same boat, but the melee weapon is really pulling through for me. Just found the second book, which should mean that food is no longer the issue, just light. Maybe I'll find an everloving everlasting torch, and actually be able to explore levels with light.
