There is a useful program ScreenTranslator which allows you to translate any text on screen. Basically it is a combination of screen capture, OCR and translation tools. How to use it in Tangaria to translate game to Russian:

Addon solves “alt” problem, removes borders, cropping duplicated stroke, making game fullscreen, makes it safe to push any keys, prevent changing language layout, gives possibility to assign hotkeys for numpad+5 key, NumLock, CapsLock and WinKey etc.
Tangaria (multiplayer roguelike) got latest version of PWMAngband 1.5.0 dev version:
