Birth options - controls wonky!

In the birth options, pressing "t" to toggle an option doesn't work, and pressing the left arrow EXITS THE MENU... the only way I can find to toggle an option is pressing the right arrow...

Version: angband-win-v3.3.0-473-g700d8c8

You read the scroll labeled NOBIMUS UPSCOTI...
You are surrounded by a stasis field!
The tengu tries to teleport, but fails!

Enter should toggle, I think.
