"C" then "f". Then you have a file in /lib/user which contains the chardump.
You can either copy&paste contents here (put it between (CODE) (/CODE), brackets instead of parenthesis), or you can post it in ladder and give us link to that. If you copy&paste use some text-editor that can handle ASCII without changing the format, IE. no formatting or fonts.Comment

I see that you don't have telepathy. With that speed, HP and damage output you can be a lot deeper. Dive. Telepathy will be a game changer for you, but you also need detection rods. Those both are more common deeper.Comment

Based on that, use Caspanion for now, your only other source for poison is Barahir, and RoS beats is any day. Don't melee disenchanters.

One thing is mostly making me afraid of diving. met some chaos hounds and that wasn't a pleasant experience. Same with a jabberwock and chaos vortexes.
Should i still fear it?
Also, met my first Undead pit right now. Wow, just left the drujs behind.Originally posted by DerakonSadly, every character ever created in Angband was given a magnifying glass by their eccentric uncle for their fifth birthday...Comment

Wait... are there monsters more dangerous than arch liches in those pits?Originally posted by DerakonSadly, every character ever created in Angband was given a magnifying glass by their eccentric uncle for their fifth birthday...Comment

Many of those disenchant in melee, so be careful. I have seen Borg with Ringil (+9,+9) and that was just sad.Comment

Black reavers. The biggest danger isn't the mana storms, it's the "boring through walls" ability, which allows it to come tunneling straight to your position with its undead buddies in tow, and makes anti-summoning corridors rather less useful.

A humanoid form, black as night, advancing steadily and unstoppably, even the very rock of the dungeon cannot prevent it reaching you. This evil undead creature is normally found at depths of 3700 feet (level 74), and moves quickly. It may carry up to 3 good objects. It can open doors, bash down doors, and bore through walls. It is cold blooded. It resists cold, poison, bright light, and rock remover, and cannot be confused or slept. It tends to overlook intruders, which it may notice from 200 feet. It may cast spells intelligently which invoke mana storms (425), produce nether balls (179), cause brain smashing (96), cause mortal wounds (120), cause critical wounds (80), blind, confuse, paralyze, drain mana, teleport to, or summon an undead; 1 time in 3. It can hit to disenchant with damage 6d8, hit to disenchant with damage 6d8, hit to reduce strength with damage 4d6, and hit to reduce strength with damage 4d6. (Angband 3.1.2v2)
(Also, bone golems actually don't look too bad, spellcasting only 1 in 8 now and no Summon Greater Undead. In some variants they're a good deal more obnoxious.)Last edited by Therem Harth; October 5, 2010, 16:19.Comment
