I think we should aim for granular class skills not "at clvl30" stuff in general, so I propose if something like this is done that the warrior gets say a 1% less inventory damage per clvl (thus half the inv dmg of other classes at 50).
Then again, codebased, I think all class abilities and stuff should be located in easily edited plain .txt files and not in the hard code, so if possible code it so...
