Angband (or variant) Feature Suggestion Poll/Feedback thread

Feature request F029 "Merge mage and priest books" is actually quite interesting, and i think it seriously deserves a thread on it's own for discussion. I don't remember who presented it, but with some caveats i support it. If the OP (of the feature) would like to start a threaad with the reasoning behind this i'd be sure to pop in and express my point of view.

I have to say, I agree with his vote, though not enough to change any of mine. The really pointless mushroom is memory moss. It was preposterously annoying before the change to amnesia. Now it's just pointless--amnesia in a sessile monster without any dangerous attacks is absurd.

Now if Crebains had an amnesia attack, that would be something else... Outrageously scary.

EDIT: Note that I am NOT proposing upgrading Crebains!
