Bug: invincible giant white mouse

So, on dungeon level 1 I stumbled across a Giant White Mouse. I figured I'd magic missile it and move on.

After that barely phased it, I knew I was dealing with a bug. Here's some exciting log output:

Very likely. I once got from cl1 to cl27 by killing a fruitbat, which was about as tough as that mouse. The problem went away after a make clean.

Since then I updated HEAD. At this point, I seem to have one mega-mouse who spawns normal mice.
