Why wouldn't I use it to role-play my character? That's the whole point and fun about character creation, I know everything about what charisma does. I was describing to you the effect of stat points to character appereance. Let's see looking at past game messages ( you drink a potion of ugliness-more-you fell more ugly, your charisma goes down). I rest my case. The game itself ties your charisma to your looks, why wouldn't I think that way as well. If you want to implement some other system then fine, that was my origianl question to begin with, not to be told that the way I think is a minority.

None taken, I'll take it as a compliment, what do you propose to affect store prices, or are you going to make it all the same?Comment

The XP bonus would seem to counteract the only detriment to playing "super" races like High Elves and Dunedain. Also, I would not want to see stupid races suffer what's essentially an XP penalty. An XP bonus like you propose would probably work better as a potion / enchantment.

- the cost of any given item was anything from 110% to 170% the cost marked in the objects file, making balancing a somewhat difficult task
- items got cheaper as players increase in power, which isn't helpful because players' increase in power also comes with acquiring more gold.
Making things so it's a straight object cost -> purchase cost system will be much easier. When it comes to selling, I expect shopkeepers to have a fixed % they will buy an item for.takkaria whispers something about options. -more-Comment
