Trap of femininity? Which variant might that be? In vanilla I can't imagine any such thing, because gender has no effect (supposedly males are heavier and females start with more gold? what does being heavier do for you anyway?)You read the scroll labeled NOBIMUS UPSCOTI...
You are surrounded by a stasis field!

Variant? *points to forum title*
In ToME gender doesn't affect anything either, the traps are just for "flavor". Most people think they're silly and should be removed.Comment

Can't remember if it was an Angband variant or some other exotic roguelike, but I clearly remember playing a game in which monk attacks had a certain probability of kicking a male monster in the nuts and stun him (ouch).
Of course, if this worked for players too, we'd need a similar malus to balance females. Do you vote for monthly periods or insane shopping spree?--

Also ToME.
Although, when you consider the sort of damage Angband characters routinely take without being stunned, you have to wonder if a kick in the groin should even matter.
(Of course, the whole hitpoint system of damage is pretty unrealistic. In fact, I can come up with something better... You'll see.. )Comment
