Almost Irresponsible WOW... I think I may have used up all my luck in Artifact Creation with this one item--it certainly MORE than makes up for the two mediocre ones Rei got. Not quite up to Yumi level, but still pretty damn awesome. I started with a Long Bow (+13, +14) (spent forever looking for ?oEnchantWeapon to get it to that level), and I figured, if it picks up either Extra Shots or Extra Might, it'd be on a par with Bard and Belthronding for damage--and if it should provide good resists and/or +Speed/Stealth, it'd be like a Crimson that actually works as a bow. I didn't get +Speed or +Stealth, but I'm not complaining. ^^ And, funnily enough, the shopkeeper thinks it's only worth ~40k.
