They didn't say "death fate"! A lesser balrog, greater balrog, and Gothmog, and assorted demonic types at 50' . From now on I'll make sure I've found out about ALL my fates... One of the things that I kept looking for in the BM was a wand of Stone Prison, once I got that I was going to try the troll quest. If I'd had that and had teleport with me, I could have dealt a lot better with the summoning. Even if I'd just had my best ammo equipped I might have killed something before I died, but I was really only prepared for a regular level. I'm going to be really paraniod about checking out my fates from now on.
