Probably using the wrong boots... He got The Boots of Siberia from the Vault and I thought he was set but decided to go with plain old Heavy boots of speed +4 which were picked up in the Vault as well. Probably a mistake when you look at the resistances and +3 attributes. Any thoughts? I already have all the resistances on "Siberia" but not sure the +4 speed of plain speed boots outweighs the double resistances and the +3 St/Dx/Cn....
