Shopless, take 2. After Brodda obliged with a very much appreciated Defender Weapon, I realized that with my stealth, Orc Camp is probably easier than Sewer, so I headed off to Angwil to complete that first. The sappers on the left explode for pretty high damage, so I went for the nook in the top right, and killed orcs 1 at a time as they came... and cut it way too close, with only 9 HP left at one point. Fortunately, Regeneration from the Defender came to the rescue, and I managed to survive. Armed with the Elven Cloak as well as a Ring Mail [12, +6] I scored off Golfimbul, I tackled Sewer and leveled up to 20.

I decided I didn't *really* want Sting when I already have a Defender weapon and no sources of Teleport, so it's back to the Tower for me.

The RNG provided a Quartz Vein on my 3rd trip down, and so I obliged by farming 500k gold, despite being a shopless game. Why? For *ID* and removing mutations, of course. Now, if only those pesky thieves leave me alone until my DEX gets up there.

Wow! That's some pretty darn good luck. Next trip down into the Tower, I find a few Algroths, which I kill for XP. One of them drops a chest, so I disarm and open it.

Wait, what's this... Robe [0]! Double Yes!!! Robe of Twilight, one of the few swap armors I'll ever need!

I also saw a fire vortex, so I got out of there in a hurry. With only 1 copy of Call of the Wild, I could be in Food hell if I lose it to fire. In preparation against that, I made myself 90 rations of food.
