This one died in September 2004, and was my first character getting to endgame. This was the first and only time I found a pdsm.
For unknown reason Sauron was apparently in melee range, then mana stormed me to death.

There is one older character I remember, my first deeper down one (this was the second). That warrior died while going melee against a grand master mystic. Seems I did indeed do all the common mistakes back then.

This character was originally called "Jeda" but I have another one with that name uploaded here, so I edited the dump a bit :)
