Death by arrogance - I was stuck between a drolem and an enchantress (both summoned by Lokkak, who was further down). I could have teleported away. But I had already gotten the enchantress down to 2 stars, and I had absorb hit running, so I figured I'll have a chance to kill her before teleporting away.
