That was unfortunate. Clearing a vault with a poor loot feeling, so that was a mistake to start with. Then I wasn't even thinking about the basilisk breathing poison at me (seems like my classic blunder), and its breath didn't even kill me outright, just left me low enough that the residual poison DOT immediately killed me.
