Currently at clvl 19 doing 171 combined normal damage (melee) with The Spear of Hagen, AC 44, +3 Base Speed, 194 MaxHP, and 51 mana.

Got another Demigod Wild-Talent going. This time, a melee-based Athena parentage. Now, I have 3 active Wild-Talent characters on the PosChengband ladder: Mnemosyne, Hugo Domain, and Demigodwyn (this one). This should be interesting. Got lucky with this one (Demigodwyn) as well because of a Ring of Combat (+0,+9) (+1) dropped by Wormtongue at Labyrinth 17 and the Spear of Hagen dropped by Hagen also at Labyrinth 17!!

I still need to be careful about the lack of Free Action.

Decided to upgrade this Athena parentage Wild-Talent from 3.3.2 to 3.3.3 knowing that I was reluctant to upgrade my other major PosChengband characters.

Completed several usual town quests, first few Angband quests, as well as the Labyrinth, Orc cave, and Forest.

Demigodwyn sure did become much stronger than expected. It started with me getting the Scorpion tail and choosing Infernal Deal as the clvl 20 SpecialAbility. Infernal Deal was a smart choice knowing if I killed many monsters in a row, I would get HP and mana recovery in return, just what a Wild-Talent needed. Later on, I found Anduril at clvl 25 during the Tengu Swords quest as well as a Double Ring Mail of the Uruk-hai compounded by Fang's Amulet and a Set of Gauntlets of Slaying to synergize the damage to another level.

That said, this Athena parentage Wild-Talent is strong enough to rely solely on melee to kill monsters. In fact, the damage is high enough to be comparable with that from my Ares parentage Wild-Talent. This should be interesting. The only problem is that my mana level is crap due to the kind of INT reducing armour I'm wearing. This might change later.

Currently at clvl 30 doing 424 combined normal damage with 'Anduril', AC 127, +5 Base Speed, 333 MaxHP, and 37 mana.

Making progress. Completed the Icky cave + Sting quest + Barrow Downs quest. Found some good stuff to boost melee damage to another level, making this woman (Demigodwyn) stronger than my Ares Wild-talent counterpart. I somehow ended up with a Chaos Deity...nice!

Next stop willl probably be Camelot.

Upgraded from 3.3.4 to 3.3.5 and resumed this Wild-Talent. Did great in the Camelot and wiped out the Camelot names. Then, I tried to do a short stint at the Arena dungeon, which didn't last long. I should have known better not to play with the Arena dungeon if my MaxHP was < 600. What a way to lose another good Wild-Talent.
