Hammerhand! Melee damage is ~300 per round, but oddly, so are my hp. Hmmm ...

Kokuo got dominated by time bolts. He kept shrinking, being slowed, becoming exposed, growing weaker, etc. etc. Eventually, I just stepped in to melee, and he was quite tame by that point.

The one problem with the melee time-lord is the necessity to completely ignore Con in the early game. All stat boosts have to go into fighting stats first, and then Wis. The Cloning Pits was pretty easy as I picked up Elven boots and Robin Hood right off the bat, and this ratcheted my stealth up to the elite level. No other notable finds except for this rand-art Wierding. Since I'm going with auras, let's add cold as well. I currently have auras of fire, cold, shards, retaliation and time. Better not touch me!

A dance with new life reached stat nirvana, but not before a scary descent into the netherworld of an 83% life rating! I only had 2 potions at the time :)

Things got a bit hairy, early on, but eventually I tamed the quest. I begun near the Enchantress, Sorcerer, so went quickly for the Raal's too. That was nasty as I don't really do much melee damage *except* against dragons and giants. So, a couple of !Healing were required. A !Polymorph gave me the living computer maxing out my Wis. I'm loving these Time-Lord powers, especially Shield (time aura) and Remember (restoring). Time traveling is becoming usable, but the fail rate is still a bit high, so I have yet to use that. And I just gained Double Move! Again, that will probably need to wait until CL50.

A couple of finds have made me lament my melee build: a magi crown with spell power and a sorcerer's robe. But, this guy is surprisingly effective. The main issue is having ample healing and getting the fail rate down on my staves. Too bad !Int have been so hard to find ...
