I have a few minor comments/questions:
- except against the undead, it looks like your (very nice) greatsword would have been better than your battle axe. The damage is the same, but it essentially has +2 to evasion and +2 to hit (one innate, one because of your Blade Proficiency) compared to the battle axe. But maybe you were still trying to identify the axe!
- Had you tried equipping Orcrist? I thought this one should auto-identify.
- Were you able to run away here (often a good tactic in Sil if things start looking bad), or were you trapped? From your stats I would think you could normally deal with an orc warrior without too much difficulty, so I imagine you were injured before this.
- It may be that it's not well enough warned about, but did you realise that points in Smithing and Song don't do anything unless you have at least one Ability to use them with? (Not quite true, as I think Song is used for playing trumpets, but close enough).

Anyhow, I hope you enjoyed it.
