I suppose that this is as good a time as any to mention that Twinkee here has been played entirely with disconnected stairs (so it is possible). Also, with only the aid of only some less coveted special abilities, like enhance magic, and attunment. No clarity for this mage (probably, really, really should have chosen clarity at CL20).

She was very excited to find the amulet of INT +1, but even more so when she picked up the 3-pack of throwing axes of westernesse. With SI and FA now covered, she can relax slightly. Selling one of the axes also netted her the armour of lesser resistances so she need not worry about that either.

As dependent as Twinkee is on her wands for offense, it's still my opinion that the attunment speciality blows... a lot. I notice no difference what so ever and am wishing that I chosen a 2nd speciality that is at least slightly useful.

There was a minor vault on DL33, full of (mostly) demons and tasty items. Twink was thinking about a suicidal sneak, when nurlings started appearing all around her. She killed the first few, but then they nearly killed her.

This is a very tough character to play. Given the luck she had with drops, I think she did quite well. The hard leather was store bought. The sling was just recently found and never even fired. I think she found a total of 3 branded weapons the whole game!

It was a struggle, and now it's over. RIP comp 105.
