Progressing relatively quickly (for me). Found Nimthanc pretty early which was doing pretty good damage but then an excellent-feeling level game me the Westernesse flail in a chest which has made things a lot easier. Only big thing lacking is a proper bow; there's not been a single long bow or ?enchant all game.

I'm debating if it would be a bad idea to read all my deep decent scrolls all at the same time and just jump down a dozen levels. It probably is but I'm always a bit tempted to do it anyway.
