My first impression of Gentleman/Lady is
"too weak, even magic missile spell (Aim of the Will)
is resisted by some!? how can I go on?!" etc.
But I made it!

"Resisted problem" is solved by the first powerfull spell
Spheare of Flame that explode several times at target
and very destructive against even fire resisting enemies.

In mid game, amulet of regen, *regen* and **regen** helps alot.
With regeneration, mana is rarely out and one can cast spells
almost limitless.
Some artifact amulets were found, but I choose regeneration
through the game.

the endgame was easy, simply cast Soulstrom a lot and
wait until the guy is hit by '*'s.
I cast teleportself once and Fu Manchu was dead
on far away from the player.
