The knife came as part of a bundle of 9 as a level 50 difficult quest reward. Hence all the steamware so early ;) Will keep trying this r/c since the schooling is fairly high...

I usually take easy quests for the first couple of levels and then base it on clevel and equipment finds. For my last couple of characters, both Barnum and the Invisible Man have dropped money, and they haven't leveled very fast, so I stick with easy for another level before going to medium.
