So far, I've been taking it fairly conservatively, resting when needed, etc. The only close call since getting Cambeleg was an encounter with an Angel and a Basilisk. Forgot that Basilisks do Poison breath, that woke up Angel, Angel pummeled me for a bit, and I teleported out with about 70HP.
