This character died trying to clean the quest vault. I was too weak to dig in, so I had to wander around the level until I levelled up and got Stone to Mud - but by then, enough monsters spawned to make the level very dangerous, and when I tried teleporting away from one bad situation I ended up in another with no means of escape. Lot of fun, though.

Note: there's a bug which prevents special quest descriptions from appearing in death dumps, so I added it in manually (well, copied and pasted from an earlier dump).
