And about necromancy, the vampiric teeth spell seems good but I like my shocking defender rapier actually... the only important thing it's lacking is poison resistance, apart from that it's great!

Thankfully it's not at all aggravating that I'd have survived with 1 more HP! :-P Anyway, the main thing this character was missing was a reliable method of trap detection. Neither the dungeon nor the black market felt like spawning a suitable rod, even though that wasn't what killed me in the end. Ah well, let's roll a new character then.
