Was playing this one before I realised 1.0.2 was out. It was another agent smith character who was done by a ceiling collapse. Probably had a turn to heal, but I was a bit key-happy as all I was doing was running down the hall around the corner from the S I'd disturbed. I registered the ceiling collapse as the vs attacked and realised I was in trouble when the death screen came up. A little too late.

Hmmm.... my second melee attack isn't showing. I wonder if I forgot to turn rapid attack back on after killing a Grotesque (couldn't damage them with the -3 strength penalty). That probably would have made the difference killing the ancient serpent which lead to this mess.
