I'm going to put a list of what I'm doing here because every time I sit down to Heng/Entro I forget the exact order I like to do things in, and waste a few hours doing it wrong. I'm not saying this is a good way or anything, just what I do.
1. Do thieves quest
2. Wield reward long sword with both hands.
3. But heroism/ccw if possible
4. Clear Old Man Willow -- small percent chance clear without using healing -- decent chance of clearing - fair chance of dying. Dual wield whatever after this.
5. Do elf quest
6. Travel to next city
7. Do mimic quest-- remember to charge through lurker, haste if you got it.
8. Do tengu/sword
9. Go to next town
10. Fail sewer quest
11. Do logrus quest
12. Do enough arenas to get speed potion and healing potion
13. Go for Vault to get Sting. Best if lvl 20 for stoneface. Still probably die, but who cares, you've only invested maybe 30min at this point.
13. Do cloning pits.
14. Do Old Castle

I came across this neat Two Handed Sword named Twilight. It came as (-40, -60) [-50], but has +10 to speed, immunity to fire and disenchantment resist. My damage output isn't too great, but +20 speed is pretty nice, and I've got most of the resists covered. Here's hoping I don't die from recalling and getting surrounded.
