It's been quite a while since I posted here or played any *bands. I wonder how much Vanilla Angband has changed in that time...
The reason I came back is that I had a dream this morning about creating a new Angband variant, and it made me wonder if this forum is still active. I'm actually a little surprised to see just how active it still is after all this time. I may just start playing a bit again, and who knows?, maybe I'll even make that variant.

PS: How do I change my signature and avatar? DaJAngband has long been defunct, and I have a different dog now.

V has changed quite a bit, and the codebase has changed a lot. I hope it is now easier than ever to make variants.

For editing your character profile, I think click on your name, go to view public profile, and then click "edit user profile" should work.
