Hi, am new to angband and having a lot of fun playing vanilla. I've also played a lot of nethack, adom, doomRL and other new rl's for more than a year now. I'm mainly an old gamer, (however Im used playing every kind of videogame) but I can say without fear that I found my genre with roguelikes! Maybe when I'll get more used to angband I'll consider playing some variant.

I generally play ToME, with side forays into anything else that takes my fancy... Nethack, Angband, Moria, Sangband, Rogue, etc.
