It's a good song, albeit no longer topical.

"Chant" is the closest word I can think of to "Spottgesang". Alternatively "rap." But there's no true word for it. Certainly it's a useful word--it's an excellent description of Bob Dylan and Leonard Cohen.

Bob Dylan I think of as "folk" music, though it also makes sense to call what bob dylan does "rapping" I guess.
