      I often repeat Unstopable - Sia, just listen and play. It's my favorite song I've ever heard on radio online

                    I cant call it 'favorite recent music', but I need a trick-or-treat mixtape
                    * Bela Legosi's Dead, Bahaus
                    * Night on Bald Mtn, Mugorski (aka Disney Fantasia)
                    * Black Sabbath, Black Sabbath
                    * Voodoo People, The Prodigy
                    * Death Walks Behind You, Atomic Rooster
                    * Witches' Sabbath, Berlioz (Symohonie, Fantastique)
                    * Mozart Requiem, "condemnos e maleditos" (dont know movement number)
                    * Goo Goo Muck, The Cramps
                    * I put a spell on you, Screamin Jay Hawkins. Or i just might do a Screamin Jay mix and leave it at that. He is, after all, a scream.

                        Estie--
                        There're Lots of suitable tracks for Halloween by The Prodigy. Headbangers like Hugo might like them too.

                          I know The Prodigy - The Cramps and Atomic Rooster were unfamiliar.

                          Their music seems to be more on the humorous side, not scary.

                            He did quieter things too, like Ol' Man River

                              Many years ago I saw a black woman jazz humorist/impressario, at a cabaret in NYC. Her humor was more cerebral than Screamin' Jay's, but she was equally funny. And she had real chops on the piano. But i have foolishly forgotten her name since--I just went on recommendation of The New Yorker.
                              Anyone have an idea?

                              Edit: i remembered her first name and that was enough: Dorothy Donegan
