Wow, colour me legitimately stunned! I really didn't think that was ever going to happen.
(Also, in a less impressed wow, I'd forgotten how agonisingly clunky NetHack's interface is compared to the steady improvements in Angband's. Soo many fiddly individual commands and submenus. You've spoiled me for other classic roguelikes, dev team.)Comment

This is hilarious. Nethack was my first roguelike, and I loved it up to the point where they introduced "the way back" (originally, the game basically finished with the acquirement of the amulet). Nothing more boring and anti-climactic than running up all the dungeon you cleared, randomly getting teleported back and assaulted by a wizard who cheats. He didnt fool me with his imitation the last 20 times, maybe it its going to work now ?
If I ever play that game again, it will be some old outdated version.Comment
