        If you want criticism, I would suggest trying to use the different lightness between the belly and back of the snake-half to bring out more depth. Also remember that the weight of the human-half isn't going to sit the same as it would on legs (or as a snake head would on it's body); the snake-half will need to put more effort into supporting the heavy (and high-up) human-half, and the human-half will need to remain tense.

        Edit: I can give generic praise for the rest of your work, since it shows skill with form and light, but I'm never really sure what most artists get out of such messages.

            Yes; hadn't realized it was a torch in the previous version.

                The Mirkwood spider (Green 'S')
                === Num:198 Lev:15 Rar:2 Spd:+10 Hp:41 Ac:25 Exp:25
                A strong and powerful spider from Mirkwood forest. Cunning and evil, it seeks to taste your juicy insides. This natural evil creature is normally found at depths of 750 feet (level 15), and moves quickly. It can bash down doors. It is rarely detected by telepathy. It resists poison, bright light, and rock remover. It pays little attention to intruders, which it may notice from 150 feet. It usually appears in groups. It can bite to attack with damage 1d8, bite to poison with damage 1d6, and bite to poison with damage 1d6. (Angband 3.1.2v2)

                        Jero, are taking any requests? If so, please make portraits of Galadriel and Eowin...if you can! Thanks!

                            I don't think you do. That's one of the better efforts at Galadriel that I've seen.

                              really, elfs never was my favorits, they are too shiny and pure for me, and just put tooghether an elf baby - they are all born noble, I never heard an elf working like woodcutter or miner or just doing somthing for his existence - and the other side is an ork baby, born in the middle of a dirty puddle, then fighting for every second of life, now tell me about we are all born equal and we can choose...

                                Jero, you sketched this portrait of...Galadriel? If you did this, you deserve respect. Nothing less.
