Greetings, Angbandians. I thought it time to introduce myself. I am Kate, aka Nytngale. I have played Angband off and on (this is an on time) since discovering it on the interwebs in approximately 1997. My best character so far is a level 26 priest whose deep depth is at level 30.
Right now I work for a social service agency and also counter ops for Geek Squad in Best Buy store 878. Total geek, although playing this game makes me (by some accounts) a nerd. Oh well. We shall inherit...

Oh I write too. I'm actually working on a book right now, a collection of short stories that are based around the Angband world. I had to take a brief (5 year) hiatus due to life issues, but I'm getting back to it, and rediscovering just how enjoyable it is.
