Do they even use dual wielding skills? How do they work?

Whoa, this totally wasn't clear to me - not sure if it's intended:
RoCombat boni only apply to the weapons on that set of arms, not to both! So it matters a lot where you wield which. Tbe same goes for combat boni on gloves.
This really should be in their documentation.
I think this isn't very reasonable, simply because other stats such as dex or str would affect both sets of arms.Comment

Totally agree. This was a surprise to me when I first came back to PCB a month or so ago, and it applies to all races, Right to Right, Left to left, etc. By that logic, my Kobold Cap bonus should only apply to Head Butts... lolWhoa, this totally wasn't clear to me - not sure if it's intended:

This isn't new to 7.x, it's been in the game for a long time.
And yeah, as mentioned, it even affects two-armed races. A human warrior with a sword and shield will only benefit from the ring of combat on his sword arm, though if he two-hands the weapon it'll benefit from both.
Without this, dual-wielding and wearing two rings with big +damage or extra-attacks bonuses would probably be too good.
And I don't know if you've noticed this last bit yet, but slaying bonuses from hats, gloves, boots, or just the racial bonus from being a tonberry are actually divided evenly amongst all slots they affect. So a dual-wielding character wearing those artifact boots with +10 damage will actually only get +5 to each weapon.Comment
