[FA] overview doesn't show anything when using graphics

I play with all subwindows activated and noticed the the overview window doesn't show anything but the ascii border.

I play 0.2.3 with David's tiles and double tiles in bigtile mode. Currently I run the game with Windows Me.

Apart from some minor bleeding in the main screen when visiting shops or when some ingame menu is displayed.

The 'M'ap display works.
