    Angband 3.4.1 screen resolution

in previous versions of Angband (up to 3.2) if you stretched the screen it would keep the font size static and you had a view of more of the level, with 3.4.1 when you stretch the screen it just makes everything bigger (fonts go from 10pt to 70pt) and not able to see anything additional. where is the adjustment in this version to make it keep fort size constant?

We're working on it. In 3.4 we had to change to the Cocoa build for OSX; the person who originally made the Cocoa build preferred this behavior so that's what he implemented. He's long gone and none of the rest of us understand Cocoa too well, so changing it has proved to be surprisingly difficult. Sorry for the inconvenience!

You can still play X11 builds on OSX.

You can also play the Carbon port, if you can compile it. In fact, the next competition will be from current master (ie the 3.5 dev version), and I will probably do a compile of both the OSX ports (Cocoa and Carbon) for that.
