Can I have them? Please? Why don't they work? Oangband sounds good (I won't have to use whips anymore!), but I can't handle ASCII.

I'm afraid that's unlikely to happen any time soon. I don't know of any plans for a new version of O, and it does not currently support graphics. At some point (when I have nothing better to do ) I may do an update of some of the UI for O, including graphics, but that will be well into the future.

If you don't want to follow Nick's really good advice (give ASCII a try), you could try FAAngband (O with wilderness, new classes and monsters) or SAngband (O with skills, and lots and lots of gameplay and UI tweaks), they both support tile graphics.Comment
