I have a question about FAangband. I like playing druids and I noticed the bear shapes in both variants are significantly different. Without going into details, the bear shape in Vanilla corresponds to the "great bear" shape of FAangband,. which is only available to the Beorning class. The bear shape in FAangband is much weaker than the one in Vanilla; most significantly, it doesn't have any extra blows. The Bear Form spell in FAangband is thus much weaker because of this; I was wondering if this was intentional. Thank you.
