As foreshadowed in this thread, I'm adding rune-based ID to NarSil. There is now a test branch up on github, with windows and mac versions and source available here.

It's pretty rough so far, and there are definitely some visual issues. Lore Keeper has been replaced with Item Lore, which identifies all consumables; Lore Master now identifies all wearable objects (and their runes) and gives perfect monster lore. Any impressions, bug reports, etc welcome.
