    FA algorithm for that cool level

    Which is awesome ! Would you care to show us exactly which part of your code did that dungeon ?

      FA has six or so custom made 'themed' levels. They're in a file in /lib/edit/themed.txt (*spoilers* in that file). (They are really cool, btw.) It's just a quick process to translate a text file to dungeon code, I imagine. The themed levels include a custom selection of monsters too.

      Wouldn't it be awesome if the level generation code would be advanced enough to make levels like that randomly?

          I can't even take credit for those - the current themed levels are still unchanged from O. I do have plans for themed wilderness levels, which I hope may make the next version, or maybe the one after that...

          While I didn't produce that level, you might be interested in looking at some of the wilderness generation code for FA - particularly the generation of mountain levels could possibly be the basis of a different kind of dungeon generation.
