monster info on linux

Hi all,

I tried getting full monster information and copied the monster.txt to $HOME/.angband/Angband/lore.txt as adviced in another post. However, I still get "nothing is known about its attack" for monsters.

Any idea what I'm missing? Thanks!

So it seems that, even after copying the monster file over, you need to see an attack once before you know about it.
