Theoretically, Maggot could drop PDSM, but Artifacts are never created in the town.

Now that rNexus has been removed, PDSM is not such a big deal. My current char got PDSM from a wyrm at 4950', but wore it for less than one trip. It's not clear I will ever use it again. I'm switching to Caspanion, and cursing myself for tossing Isildur.

Losing RNexus is a terrible blow to PDSM. It's so incredibly rare, why not provide RNexus? I agree with eddie: RBase, RSound, RConf, RNexus and +1 CON is better than resist everything else except nexus.

I can't ever imagine tossing Isildur unless I was playing a character with a phenomenal saving throw. Isildur provides a "lock" for fast divers.
