Figuring out what the hell happened to my save

Hello all, I have some problems (go figure). Recently, I made the mistake of leaving my computer out in the open next to some "friends". After returning a few minutes later, my laptop was hidden, and when I opened the laptop, I was greeted with the wonderful game over screen. To rub salt in the wound, however, it claimed I had used cheats, so my score was not recognized. My friend says he didn't press anything, so my questions are these:
One, can anyone, with my char dump and savefile, determine what activated the cheat detection, and two, determine if what happened was, in fact, an error, or deliberate playing of the game? He has never played before, and I would like to believe him. Any help on this subject would be appreciated!

OK, so a couple of things:

• The cheat_hear options was turned on; this tells you when uniques and other powerful monsters are placed during level generation, and is also the first on the cheat option page
• The last two player moves were walking into a wall

It seems fairly plausible that this might all have happened through a series of fairly random keypresses.

Ok, thanks for the information, it still sucks that my best character didn't give me any new info on what to watch out for, save for rouge friends
